Gabrielle “Teddy” Ment and Eleanor Getz are in the midst of starting an entertainment company called Teddy and Eleanor, (yes, like the Roosevelt’s). They mainly do circus, from trapeze, partner acrobatics, dance, aerial hoop, stilting, unicycling, juggling, hooping to roller blading and more. They can entertain and engage any group from small children to adults at a variety of venues. They have been called “seriously funny”, a label that speaks to the depths of their work as well as the entertainment value. From clowning acts to serious movement, they do it all. They will be living in East Hampton, NY this summer starting their own circus program at the Ross School Summer Camp 2015. With the professional launch of their new company they will be booking venues for their weekends in the Hampton’s and beyond.
